1lbs shrimp, peeled & deveined
TJ’s Fish Sand to taste
1 cup TJ’s Creole Sauce
White rice or pasta
Season shrimp with TJ’s Fish Sand. Put Creole Sauce in saute pan bring to simmer. Add shrimp and cook until shrimp turns pink (2-3 min). Cook pasta or rice separately as per instructions. For pasta undercook 1-2 min. When shellfish is done simmering, add the pasta and toss in the sauté pan for significantly more flavor.
TJ’s Tip: For any shrimp preparations where you want a sear (sautéing, grilling), get shrimp shell OFF. For any other preparation (steam, roast, boil), get shell ON. Shrimp cooks fast. 2–3 min is perfect. Don’t overcook shrimp!
