Herbed Bread Crumb-Topped Fish

1 lb any fish
TJ’s Fish Sand - To Taste
1 cup TJ’s Italian Herb Breading
1 cup TJ’s Creamy Mustard Sauce
Olive oil

Preheat oven to 450. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil; set aside. Combine TJ’s Italian Herb Breading and oil, season with salt and pepper, and mix in bowl to make paste. Place fish on prepared sheet; season with salt and pepper. Spread top of fillets with TJ’s Creamy Mustard Sauce; top with seasoned bread crumb paste, pressing gently to adhere. Roast 11 to 13 minutes. Serves 2.

TJ’s Tip: When we say “any fish,” we mean it! Filets are basically interchangeable for ANY fish recipe (except tuna). Add a few minutes to the cooking time for thicker fish like Sea Bass, and reduce a few minutes for thinner fish like Flounder.
