Glaze (perfect for tilapia, salmon
or sea bass), Creamed Spinach and
Garden Salad. Tomorrow? Come in
and find out for yourself.
TJ’s Tips: Love Your Loins.
Tuna and swordfish come in loins, not
fillets like other fish. To keep your
fish fresh as long as possible,
buy your loins like you would beef or
pork tenderloin…as an uncut loin.
This reduces the surface area of
the fish exposed to air. Let TJ’s
professionals cut a loin the perfect
size for your meal then slice into
steaks before you cook.
