TJ�s Reels In Big Role For Wine & Food
Festival
TJ�s Fresh Seafood
Market, located at Preston & Forest in
North Dallas, is taking on a big role in
this year�s Dallas Wine and Food
Festival. The Festival has asked TJ�s
to provide 280 large sea scallops for
Thursday�s Rising Star Chef�s Dinner.
�We order from a special
purveyor in Boston,� says Caren Alexis,
TJ�s owner. �These are the scallops
featured in 5 star restaurants around
the country. An event like this deserves
perfect scallops.�
TJ�s is also providing
homemade olive tapenade and smoked
salmon dip for the Dallas Morning News�
tasting panel at Saturday�s
�Entertaining With Style� event. TJ�s
unique smoked salmon dip is made with
hickory & alder fresh-smoked salmon, not
traditional nova-lox.
